Laminated and Perforated Tape
Heavy duty custom printed laminated and perforated tape with your custom printed message covered by a durable clear laminate. The tape may be used indoors or outdoors on external structures, even in the most extreme environments, for pipe and cable marking, coding, and to convey instructions or warnings / hazards.
We have a growing amount of customers labelling their physical assets / tools with laminated and perforated tape designs with their own branding to make them easily visible. The colours we use conform to British standard specifications. The tapes may also be ready perforated to ensure the correct length is dispensed when required.
We have found this method ideal for customers labelling plant machinery and scaffolding for speed of identifying assets on or off site. We can also print using light-fast inks so that the tape or labels are being used to label assets that are stored outside they will be less likely to fade over time in sunlight.
Product Specification
Laminated and perforated tapes are manufactured using high quality 50 micron vinyl, laminated with a clear polypropylene coating to protect against adverse weather conditions. They are then perforated at lengths to suit your requirements which enables the tape to easily be torn along the perforations. It is a great cost effective alternative to Labels and we produce many different designs and sizes within this range.

Production Process
See our steps to order your custom printed tape
1. Order Received
When we receive your enquiry our quotation is sent within 1 working day.
2. Artwork
Our highly skilled designers produce an artwork proof within 24 hours of receipt.
3. Approval
Once your artwork has been approved we will then raise your order on to our systems.
4. Plates
Once your order has been raised we will then produce your printing plates.
5. Production
With all your paperwork and plates produced your order is ready for production.
6. Quality Control
Once print production is complete all rolls are checked for quality reassurance.
7. packaging
Your rolls are all carefully packaged and wrapped ready for collection by our courier.
8. delivery
Your printed tape order is then collected by our next day courier (UK-mainland only).
